SCRIPT ENTRIES WILL BE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:-
1. New Original Script / not yet performed and submitted by the writer

2. Existing Original Script / previously performed work submitted by the writer
​
3. An Adapted Script / a script adapted from any source entered by the person who has adapted the script
​
4. An Existing Script / previously performed work from any source entered by the
person who wants to Direct the production
SCRIPT ENTRIES - FAQ
CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONE SCRIPT?
Yes, but please complete a separate entry form for each script.

WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I ENTER MY SCRIPT IN?
Word or PDF. Remember that no entrant name should be on the document. The script entry is supplied to a Readers Panel to be read anonymously.

WHO HAS COPYRIGHT?
The original writer of the work retains copyright. Make sure you get permission if you use or adapt another work.

HOW IS THE SCRIPT SELECTED FOR MICRO THEATRE?
A Readers Panel review the script as per the Selection Criteria. Scripts will be reviewed by at least three different people with the scores and feedback forming the short-list.

IF MY ENTRY IS SHORT-LISTED, WHAT OTHER INFORMATION IS NEEDED?
We will need a photo that represents the script's theme for our website. We also need a 50 word synopsis to go with the image. Later, an indemnity form will be required from you (and all Micro Theatre participants).

DO I GET COMPLEMENTARY TICKETS?
Each script entry in the final Micro Theatre program will receive two complementary tickets to one performance.
